Basic Digital Photography Lessons

basic digital photography lessons
I am interested to learn photography. But I know it is vast, interesting and sophisticated.?

As a beginner I like to have some basic tips on photography to use my digital camera. My camera shows option of shutter speed and aperture setting from 8” to 2000 and F2.8 to F6.4 and ISO up to 3200.

My question is 1} If I want to take a picture at the time of sunset what would be the setting S, A 2.} If I want to take a picture at sun rise what would be the shutter and aperture setting. 3.} And a moving subject in normal daylight, the settings are.

Any website to learn step-by-step photographic lesson?

THANKS

I just purchased these 2 books through Amazon.com: Understanding Shutter Speed / Understanding Exposure
The author, Bryan Peterson, is a brilliant photographer and has been doing it for longer than I’ve been alive. He gives step-by-step suggestions and includes lots of colorful images along with the camera settings and formulas.
I found these books very useful when I was seeking specific answers.
No one can really give you exactly what id going to work for your camera. It definitely takes practice. You have to experience the camera before you know exactly what to do.
I would start out with some still life objects and test different lighting to see how your camera works. Change the settings to see what each one does. Practice, practice, practice.
