DSLR Question…is this a good camera?

Hi
I have a 35mm that I use and a point and shoot digital camera. I want to take my photography to a new level and get a dslr. I don’t have a $1000 to spend, so please don’t tell me about cameras that cost that. I found this one on QVC that has a payment plan and it seems like a good deal. If you know anything about this camera please let me know what you think. I take a lot of nature and architecture photos….close-ups of plants, animals, architectural detail.

This is a top dslr camera and it is $70 less than the one you chose. It’s has better picture quality and it shoots hd movies. I would completely recommend this camera:
