Year Long Project(Capstone)?
Okay,so in the city of Memphis 12th graders have to do a year long project called a capstone in order to graduate which includes a topic, research paper on the topic, and a product or performance.
Here’s some examples they gave us:(Project Topic)Harlem Renaissance (paper topic)impact of Harlem Renaissance on African American history(products or performance)Oral interpretation performance of Langston Hughes’ poetry. 2 example: (Project Topic)Photography (paper topic)Special effects in digital photography (products or performance)Create and exhibit a variety of digital photos using different special effects.
Here’s what i chose: Holocaust, Exploring the concentration camps during the holocaust, I’m just having problems with the what my product or performance should be can you help me come up with a creative one other than interviewing a camp survivor
i would make a slide show on the long term effects of starvation, horrible conditions, and forced work onto these survivors and any mental or physical trauma as a result of (long or short term). Pictures of before, during, and after.
